According to our local REO broker, Paul Oster, Broker at ReMax, there is a new wave of BPO’s (Broker Price Opinion) they are getting (these are orders for valuations of distressed properties by a lender), meaning we can expect more distressed properties on the market next year.
Recent Sales are showing a bigger gap between list price and sales price.
