As we near the end of 2015, optimism is high because of a great start to the winter ski season at Mammoth Mountain, 100% open now. The town of Mammoth Lakes is 100% occupied for most of the holiday season, greatly benefitting the entire town. The number of holiday seasonal events in town is higher than ever. If you are buying or selling property in the area, this is good time to do it, before the Fed raises rates (as they are threatening to do) at the end of the year.

The trend of 2015 according to the National Association of Realtors is that current owners are upgrading to larger homes. Here are the best deals on Luxury Homes in the area ranging in price up to 1 million+.
